| Senior Legal Secretary (Commercial Litigation) The Position Due to our expanding Commercial Litigation Division, we are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our team in the Brisbane office. You will enjoy organising, can communicate on all levels and revel in being part of a successful team. You must have experience with commercial litigation files, strong typing skills (min 80 wpm) and excellent attention to detail. Your day to day duties will include: • typing all correspondence and court documents; • preparing briefs and reports; • preparing monthly billings; • arranging medical reviews, travel and accommodation; and • client liaison and general administrative tasks. Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following: • At least 5 - 7 years experience in a legal secretarial position in commercial litigation • You must enjoy the challenges of working in a Commerical Litigation practice • A proactive and self-motivated attitude • High level accuracy and a strong attention to detail • Strong time management and organisational skills together with the capacity to manage multiple files and conflicting priorities simultaneously. A salary and benefits package will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with skills and experience.
