Senior Mining Engineer Our client is a leader in iron ore projects and is looking to appoint a Senior Mining Engineer. Then our client will offer you $160,000 AUD negotiable if you are equipped with the right skills. Primary responsibilities of the role include: Management, scheduling and coordination of project studies from Scoping through to Definitive Feasibility Mine planning and design input to various study phases of a project (Mine design, pit optimizations, cut-off grade strategy, scheduling, opex and capex estimates) Project evaluation and scenario analysis Pit optimizations and pit designs for the purpose of Reserve generation Mine engineering technical support to operations Business improvement projects You will also have: Minimum of 8 years experience Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or any other mining related field Strong exposure to day-to-day activities of a large open-cut mining operation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to recognize value add opportunities Leadership skills We also have opportunities in other Mining Resources Oil and Gas!
