| Head of Corporate Planning for Qatar VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a 360degree Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India. VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking Head of Corporate Planning for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions. Skill sets required • 10 years experience working in corporate planning capacities, most recently in a high level management role, in the banking and/or financial sector. • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Economics, Banking, Finance or Business Administration • Possession of in-depth knowledge of the functions and activities of various business and support divisions within financial and banking institutions (i.e. operations, back office, retail, corporate, HR, IT and so on). • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, numerical, evaluation and planning skills. • High proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. Responsibilities: • Manage all corporate planning and performance management of the Bank (financial, customer, processes, organization, risk, etc). • Set-up, develop and update all performance scorecards and individual and department KPIs • Oversee management information systems (MIS). • Responsible for developing, tracking, monitoring, reviewing and updating all business plans. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks) The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading banks in Qatar. | |
