VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking Head of Strategy for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill sets required

• At least 10 years of relevant experience; 5 of which are in the banking/finance industry and 5 are focused on developing and managing strategy
• Experience participating in the development of performance metrics (framework) to measure the execution of a developed strategy (e.g. balance score card)
• Excellent professional, leadership, communication, organizational, listening and presentation skills
• A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is dynamic, proactive and results-driven.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related field
• Bilingual in Arabic and English a plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)
The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading banks in Qatar.
