| Relationship Manager for Qatar VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a 360degree Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India. VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking Relationship Manager for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions. Skill Set required: • Experience as relationship manager in unsecured lending, banking, project finance environment • Experience with infrastructure or manufacturing industries • Strong interpersonal with ability to build relationship with customer and bring in new business • Must be very strong in performing market analyses, risk analyses and writing proposals • Bilingual in Arabic and English. • Should have experience in Project finance and corporate banking OR Performed credit analyses, Evaluated credit proposals for businesses, Performed studies on potential clients to understand how they operate their businesses, SME project finance loans. Roles and Responsibilities: The RM has primary responsibility for, and assumes the ownership of, credit exposure to each of the customers in their portfolio. The RM must have thorough and first hand knowledge about the customer, its business, environment, competitive position and management. The RM must fully assess and disclose all material risk that may effect the customer's ability/willingness to meet their obligations and in writing credit proposals, due diligence must be undertaken by the RM on the feasibility study/loan application contents with relevant supporting documentation attached and justification provided for assumption made. The analysis will then be submitted for independent credit review. The RM shall be the focal point who liaises externally with the customer, discuss terms and conditions of new and existing facilities and liaises internally with other departments during the entire credit relationship period. Responsible for undertaking a full KYC review for each new customer (Separate KYC files to be maintained for each customer). RM will undertake site visits at least every 6 months (supported by site visit reports) in order to enhance the customer relationship and to update and familiarize the RM with the customer's activities. Additional visits may be necessary under specific circumstances. Post facility approval, RM is responsible (by initialing) for the accuracy of contents of approval letters and contract letters before they are signed and sent to customers and for confirming that all security documentation received is in order prior to passing to credit Admin. The RM is responsible for all customer correspondence and contact in relation to approval and documentation requirements. When transferring a customer from one RM portfolio to another, a copy of a note should be placed inside the customer file signed by the transferring and transferee RM confirming that :- 1. All security is current and in place 2. All relevant facility approvals are on file 3. All loan documentation is complete and no past dues 4. Any outstanding issues are listed and noted for follow-up Undertake ad hoc request received from Head Relationship Management from time to time, such as portfolio review, weekly progress and update meetings, one-off projects. Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up to date list of all the customers in the RM portfolio (name, sector, limit and outstanding). Responsible for meeting business objective targets in terms of portfolio growth or other criteria when they are set. Respond in a timely manner to any follow-up request initiated by Credit Admin in relation to security, documentation or repayment of loan installments by customers. Develop awareness and knowledge of market developments at both the borrower as well as the sector level (locally, regionally and internationally). Responsible for new business generation in line with policy and targets set by the bank Experience required : 5+ yrs Domain : Banking Education Bachelors or Masters in finance engineering or related field Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks) The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading banks in Qatar. | |
