MineSuite is a collection of integrated hardware and software modules which provide a complete production monitoring and fleet management system for the mining industry. MineSuite provides mine owners and operators with the information needed to efficiently manage their operation. Due to ongoing growth, the Technical Services group is seeking several motivated individuals for Maptek’s Newcastle office. Role: First point of contact for all internal and external Technical Support queries Technical support to our customers, as well as support and input to our product development and sales teams Quality technical assistance with products such as MS-SQL, Reporting Services, WLAN networking, HMI, with Software as your main specialty Occasional support regarding quotations, tenders and order processing Maptek will provide full product training and a clear career path to the successful candidate. Requirements: A Software Engineering degree or similar is essential (Electronics or Electrical degrees may be applicable) Extensive Software experience (MS-SQL essential) Experience in a technical support team is an advantage Good communication skills and strong Microsoft skills are a must These positions are for Australian citizens and permanent residents only.
