Contract Administrator job details:
- momentous project portfolio, multiple project teams / sites
- administer and monitor construction contracts for multiple project teams
- multiple project co-ordination and administration with confidence and enthusiasm
- planning and progress monitoring
Contract Administrator skills we need:
- all aspects of Contract Admin, $20m-$100m project range
- tertiary qualification or equivalent
- planning and programming, contract / variation
- confident in residential, schooling, retail and/or commercial contract administration
- effective under pressure
- high level negotiator, exceptional communication
