On of NT's most powerful contractors seeks 3 x Refurb Site Managers to confidently step into a lead role in the management and coordination of multiple sites within a high profile NT residential housing project. As an experienced Refurb Site Manager, you will be rewarded with:

Refurb Site Manager job details:
- residential housing and associated fitout/refurb works
- multiple projects - momentous NT portfolio
- lead and direct elite, highly experienced NT crews
Refurb Site Manager skills we need:
- Suit direct Site Management responsibility, fitout or residential refurb background
- 10+ yrs building contracting exp
- Fluent and confident in site establishment, managing and coordinating trades
- Trade background or tertiary qualification
- Remote location exp highly advantageous (PNG, FNQ, Gulf, Indigenous)
- Confident, natural leadership, hard working, flexible attitude
- Exceptional man management skills
