Required to coordinate, implement and maintain a safety management system, the Safety and Training Coordinator role requires a skilled communicator with strong written and organisational skills. Safety and Training Coordinator role responsibilities include: - Fostering and promoting the Target 000 culture - zero incidents, accidents and harm - Carry out daily site monitoring - Discuss and advise with personnel, identified unsafe activities - Discuss and agree remedy actions, monitor and assist - Weekly reporting for compliance / non compliance - Assist in preparation and facilitation of Toolbox talks - Advise, consult and guide safety reps and committee - Conduct safety training as required - Aid in emergency response and rehabilitation as required As a Safety and Training Coordinator, ideally you possess: - Background / experience in Construction Industry - Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor - Exceptional communication skills with strong writing and computer skills Job Reference : AU2349GR000007 Phone: (07) 3041 4071 | |
