| Graduate Electronics Embedded Software Engineer Job We have a full-time position available with immediate start for a Graduate Software/Electronics Product Development Engineer in Brisbane. The successful applicant reporting to the Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing medium to large product solutions for microprocessor based products. You will work with several other engineers on Product Designs for a variety of industries. The applicant will be expected to be involved in projects wherever possible with : - Writing and Testing Embedded C Code as well as supporting software. - Schematic and PCB Design, Component Selection and Prototype construction. - Writing support documentation such as product manuals, test plans and installation guides. Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: - Final year students to up to 5 years suitable commercial/industrial experience - Able to make a significant contribution in a small design team - Develop software that will meet a very high [quality] test standard - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Able to attend an interview in Brisbane Applicants with ANY of the following attractive skills would be highly regarded: - Experience in Real-Time embedded systems development - Project cost estimation skills - Good software design, programming and software documentation skills - Previous electronics design experience - Experience using wireless communications (Zigbee, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Bluetooh, Satellite, etc) - An interest in cricket.
