Sydney offers a lot BUT try to find a technology company that can give you challenges, growth and a competitive package and you have to look hard! For those Developers who want to grow into solid team leaders here is a company that can and will offer exactly that! Growth with a capital G!

Often Developers will apply to team lead jobs on the internet and they don't have the basics covered such as: solid development skills, experience with large projects, experience leading other developers, experience dealing with clients and their ever changing list of "requirements". Well, here is a Developer role that will give you that experience! Obviously you will have to get the basics right - like communication skills, some basic commercial development experience (say 3 or more years in a commercial team or 5 years in a small team) and a real drive to deliver project after robust project.

Located in Sydney's CBD - the biggest hassle will be deciding where to grab lunch - the team offer a good landing pad for the right sort of people. If you're smart and can offer solutions then you will fit in here. The clients are a mix of corporate and government organisations so you get a real mix of projects to work on. The challenges are plenty and this is where the really smart can succeed - if you can handle it - they will let you take on as much responsibility as possible.

This position is not for someone looking for edgy and innovative. If you want that then keep browsing. BUT if you want a company that will offer a career path for the next 5 to 10 years then here it is - no doubt about it - just ask the people already on the team!

The main dev environment is Microsoft - so if you have that, then great. If not, send us your CV anyway - we'll see from your experience whether you have the Developer history and mentality to fit in with the team.

Salary? Negotiable on experience, however this is for a mid level developer so don't expect a six figure salary.
