Recruitment Professionals –Entrepreneurial Opportunity - Sydney, Australia

Set up a new Australian Division in the Construction and Civil Engineering Sector.

Project Resource are a dynamic and privately owned recruitment consultancy specialising in recruiting professionals for the Civil Engineering and Construction sectors within the UK. We are well established in our market place and are at the beginning of a five year growth plan which will see unprecedented opportunity for career development globally.

The successful candidate for this new role will be the first person on board in the development of our new Australian division offering unlimited career opportunity for an entrepreneurial and pioneering individual with management ability.

Initially working from our offices in Reading, Berkshire then after a period of 9-12 months to move to Sydney, Australia full time and on a permanent basis


The Candidate

A background in the Engineering or Construction sector.
You will either be based in Australia currently as a resident or visa holder and be willing to spend an initial period working in the UK before returning to set up the office in Sydney or;

You are in the UK currently with an ability to work in Reading and are keen to relocate permanently to Australia within the next 12 months.

Ideally you will have had some level of people management experience.
