Warehouse Apprentice (Logistics) POSITION LOCATED IN AFGHANISTAN. Responsible to: Divisional Line Managers during training and secondment to all departments and Operations Manager. Responsibility for Staff: Directly: •N/A Indirectly: •N/A Prime Objective: The training will lasts a period of 18 months, it is a detailed program in which the individual learns all aspects of the business and works for a given time in each of the following areas: •QA •Warehouse •HSE •Stock Control •Customer Service •Dispatch •The Apprentice will complete e-learning and attend class based training courses. •Apprentices will also be given the opportunity to partake in a City & Guilds level qualification to add to their overall education. •Apprentices will also be trained in management learning about team leading, appraisals and conducting reviews, this will also cover continued performance management.
