We currently have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within a corporate setting. In this role you will be working for a company that fosters a culture of performance, innovation and improvement and offers:

As Injury Management Consultant you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients to achieve quality outcomes. You will implement appropriate injury management plans which will assist clients with an acquired disability to return to work and support their independence.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• At least 2 years clinical experience preferably within a rehabilitation environment or with compensable clients
• Well developed positive and proactive interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a number of stakeholders
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
• An empathetic nature with the ability to make decisive, difficult decisions.
• Capacity to recognize and understand complex medical issues
• Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
• Current Drivers Licence
