This organisation is a leader in its space and has a high profile Board and CEO. This business is now growing rapidly across one of its main divisions: providing services. This organisation has aggressive aspirations and continued demand in this sector now requires them to strengthen their senior management team with some key hires.




This is a highly operational CFO role calling on you to oversee the financial management of the business as well as execution of the strategic plan at the operational level. This is a ‘hands-on’ role managing a small team (recruitment of a Financial Controller will be a key task) as well as partnering with the CEO and Sales & Marketing Director in this company’s exciting growth phase. Exposure at Board level as well as driving the business from the ground up make this a true ‘top to bottom’ role. There is an aggressive equity plan on offer which will mean financial as well as personal and professional rewards will be considerable.




You will have at least 10 years total work experience, and ideally will have worked within a professional services or retail environment. Experience of a high transaction, high volume complex business model will be highly sought after. You will be confident and have great communication skills – you will enjoy working in a changing and growing environment for an inspirational, high energy CEO. This will suit somebody who truly wants to work hard, commit to an organisation long term and share in the rewards 2-5 years from now…
