| Electrical Engineering My client company is a manufacturing company with factories at Rockhampton, Bundaberg and Brisbane which service both the industrial and commercial sectors with a diverse range of steel products. Job Duties You will be responsible for all new and existing electrical and mechanical installation and site maintenance which include planned, preventative and breakdown. By inspection and verification you will ensure all equipment is operating to its optimum performance, specification and standards. Must be educated to degree level or equivalent in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Capable of working independently without supervision. Detailed planning knowledge - including day to day as well as major shut down planning with resource optimisation, spares integration within a large manufacturing environment. Must also have at least 3 years working experience in PLC programming, trouble shooting and operation with Allen Bradley range of equipment. Must be familiar with Vickers hydraulic systems and controls. Must able to utilise electrical knowledge, technical expertise and operation experience to assist in correcting electrical distribution system or equipment issues and improving electrical performance and reliability. Must have previous experience of break down diagnostics, repairs and corrective maintenance on machinery as well as all administrative and house keeping duties associated with this kind of role. Ale to lead a team and manage people with effective organizational skills. Must have residency. | |
