The Company:

Our client is a major player in sportsbook, casino and poker in the Australasian market and has an ever growing presence within the European market place. Originating in Australia in 1992 this company has grown massively bringing in new products and evolving with the industry.

The Role:

Based in their Sydney offices in Australia this role includes managing existing and identifying new online payment management solutions that will enhance strategic business performance and offer competitive advantage for internal/external clients through relationships with the organisation's bankers, payment solution providers, merchant facility providers, betting software provider and industry developments.

Candidate Profile:

- Flexible customer service skills and ability to handle multiple complex tasks under constant pressure.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Innovative and creative problem solving ability.
- Accounts experience.
- Team orientated.
- Leadership qualities.
- High level of comprehension, can-do attitude and demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Sound literacy, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A solid understanding of the online payments industry through online betting or gaming industry (desirable).
- Strong new business development, commercial and negotiation skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products.
- Capable of working independently.
- Relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Awareness of competitive landscape and how we achieve parity or better
- A high degree of flexibility, self motivation, and initiative.
- An ability to liaise with staff at all levels within the organisation.
- Ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have an existing network within the e-commerce payment processing industry.

Salary/Additional Information:

Base salary will be circa £50k although it is negotiable on experience plus relocation, plus bonus and benefits
